SCHOOL-AGE:

SUMMER PROGRAM

Welcome to the Summer School Age Program at Living Waters Children's Center, where we offer a fun-filled and faith-based summer experience for school-age children. Our program is designed to keep children engaged, learning, and growing during the summer months while providing a nurturing environment rooted in Christian values. We believe that summer is a time for exploration, adventure, and spiritual growth, and we aim to create lasting memories while reinforcing biblical teachings.

OUR APPROACH

CHRIST CENTERED ACTIVITIES

Our program integrates Christian values into all aspects of the summer experience. Through daily devotions, prayer, Bible stories, and discussions, we encourage children to deepen their faith, develop a personal relationship with Jesus, and apply biblical principles to their lives

ACADEMIC PREPAREDNESS

Our curriculum focuses on building a solid foundation in early literacy, math, science, and critical thinking skills. We provide engaging activities, hands-on experiences, and age-appropriate challenges to promote cognitive development, problem-solving abilities, and a love for learning.

EXCITING FIELD TRIPS & OUTINGS

We organize age-appropriate field trips and outings that allow children to explore their community, visit local attractions, and learn in a real-world context. These experiences offer opportunities for discovery, cultural immersion, and expanding their horizons.

HANDS ON LEARNING

Our program incorporates hands-on activities and experiential learning opportunities. From science experiments to art projects, sports activities, team challenges, and interactive workshops, we provide engaging experiences that foster creativity, problem-solving skills, and personal growth.

SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We create a supportive and inclusive community where children can build positive relationships, develop effective communication skills, and learn to collaborate and work as a team. We foster an environment of kindness, empathy, and respect for one another.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

We take advantage of the summer season by providing ample opportunities for outdoor play, exploration, and physical activities. Children engage in sports, nature walks, gardening, water play, and other outdoor adventures that promote a connection with nature and healthy physical development.
